Mike Jackman
President
Mike Jackman founded the Jackman Financial
Group in 1987 as an executive search
firm that provides senior management placement services across complimentary
areas
within the mortgage industry.
Through impressed referrals and superior results, Jackman Financial Group quickly
became a nationally recognized executive search firm providing clients that
range from small stable companies to the largest mortgage companies in the
United States, with long-term retained executive searches.
Prior to starting Jackman Financial Group, Mr. Jackman spent 15 years in the
financial sector as a Loan Officer for Inland Mortgage Corporation and as an SVP
and Retail Production Manager for Criterion Financial Corporation, a Dallas
based Mortgage Banker.
Mr. Jackman’s goal is to
offer world-class service and represent select client firms that are
financially sound and committed to employee development. Prior to the
development of Jackman Financial Group's Technology Division, he personally
handled all executive level search assignments and consummated in excess of
600 placements involving approximately 100 firms in 31states.
Mr. Jackman is married and enjoys golf, fine wine and
traveling. Mike is especially fortunate to be married to a
low handicapper who shares his love for golf.

Nancy Pfeiffer
Executive Vice President
As a high profile mortgage banker in Texas for over 2 decades, Nancy is
recognized in the mortgage banking community as a successful competent
professional. From selling real estate in the 70’s, to a national leader in
wholesale production in the 80’s, to raising over a million dollars in
capital to start, manage and sell a successful mortgage banking company,
Nancy has a trail of production and management success in wholesale and
retail channels. She also has “hand on” experience in all facets of mortgage
operations.
Her industry expertise and broad contacts ideally qualifies her to excel
again with Jackman Financial Group in identifying and placing high caliber
executive talent in mortgage banking with the right companies and for
successfully handling merger/acquisition assignments.
No one knows and enjoys the mortgage industry with the same enthusiasm as
Nancy.
Nancy graduated cum laude from Iowa State University in 1977. Nancy has
served on mortgage committees and charity boards in Dallas. Nancy is
married, enjoys golfing,
traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Sheila Bednar
Senior Consultant
Sheila Bednar is a Senior
Consultant for Jackman Financial, a nationally recognized executive
search firm that provides executive search services across complimentary
areas within the mortgage industry. In 2004, Ms. Bednar co-founded the
firm’s new Production and Operations Division. Ms. Bednar offers more than
25 years of business experience to strengthen Jackman Financial Group's
clients.
Prior to joining Jackman
Financial Group, Ms. Bednar’s experience in mortgage, finance, technology
and coaching has empowered her to lead and
manage high-growth organizations. Her duties in this area ranged from mergers
& acquisitions completion, computer
software development management,
mentoring and recruiting. In
addition, previous experience included sales and sales management,
product development, human
resource management, consulting,
advertising, public relations, marketing,
strategic planning,
training,
organizational development,
business development, and strategic
alliances/partnerships building.
Ms. Bednar’s focus now turns to the fast
pace environment of production and operations staff recruitment for Jackman
Financial clients. As the senior managing partner for this division in
Minneapolis, Ms. Bednar is constantly recruiting experienced talent that is
the driving the force for production in the mortgage industry. To date, Ms.
Bednar has successfully recruited over 2000 qualified candidates.

Shirley Bartz
Senior Consultant
Shirley Bartz is a Senior
Consultant for Jackman Financial, a nationally recognized executive
search firm that provides executive search services across complimentary
areas within the mortgage industry. In 2004, Ms. Bartz co-founded the firm’s
new Production and Operations Division .. With 20 years of business
experience, Ms. Bartz offers immediate accountability to strengthen Jackman
Financial Group's clients.
Prior to joining Jackman
Financial, Ms. Bartz was a consultant
in the banking, financial and NPO sector setting up sales and business
development partnerships. Ms. Bartz has extensive experience in sourcing,
coaching, mentoring and recruiting top talent in the mortgage and technology
industries. She has worked with Wells Fargo Inc., Sharing Way LLC, R3X
Inc., Experiencenet Inc. and Cigna Insurance.
Ms. Bartz focus now turns to the fast pace
environment of Loan officer and Branch manager recruitment for several
Jackman Financial clients. As one of the senior managing partners for this
division in Minneapolis, Ms. Bartz is constantly recruiting experienced
talent that is the driving the force for production in the mortgage
industry.
