	What types of positions do you provide Search services for? Our business focus is on senior and executive level management, both regionally and nationaly.  We have completed multiple assignments in production, finance, secondary marketing and in every area of production operations.  Since production is always a driver of the business, we have also completed literally hundreds of searches for branch managers, area and regional managers, etc.
	What types of firms do you represent? Our client base consists of large mortgage banking firms with a national presence, mid size regionals and many of the larger vendors to the mortgage banking  business.
	What makes Jackman Financial Group different from other Search firms? 	How is Jackman Financial Group compensated? All fees are paid by the client firm.  The majority of the firm's business is retainer based.  However, for long time clients, the fee may be on a contingency basis.  All fees are negotiated to provide a win-win solution .  Generally the fee is predicated on the compensation level of the position or the value being created by the placement.
	Is there a guarantee? Yes, it is virtually whatever the client wants.  Our goal is to have satisfied clients and long term relationships.  Therefore, in the unlikely event a candidate does not work out, we will work with the client to see that a fair solution is achieved.
