Our business focus is on senior and executive level management, both regionally and corporately. We have completed multiple assignments in production, finance, secondary marketing and in every area of production operations. How is Jackman Financial Group compensated?
All fees are paid by the client firm. The majority of the firm's business is retainer based. However, for long time clients, the fee may be on a contingency basis. All fees are negotiated to provide a win-win solution . Generally the fee is predicated on the compensation level of the position or the value being created by the placement.

Is there a guarantee?
Yes, it is virtually whatever the client wants.
Our goal is to have
