Mike Jackman incorporated Jackman Financial Group in October 1987.  His vision was to utilize his expertise as an executive level mortgage banker, to offer superior, value-added, executive search services to the mortgage industry.

Mr. Jackman’s goal is to represent select firms that are financially sound and committed to employee development, and to offer world-class service.  As a result, since 1987 he has personally handled all executive level search assignments.  He has personally consummated in excess of 600 placements involving approximately 100 firms in 31states.

In 2004 Mr. Jackman brought Scott Hahn on as the Senior Managing Partner for the new CIO and IT Technology Division.  Mr. Hahn shares the company’s passion to become a ‘Partner in Performance’ for their clients.  Mr. Hahn’s extensive knowledge in nonprime and executive “C-level” experience in the mortgage servicing, collections, foreclosures and loan origination departments, allow him to immediately recognize superior talent.

Completing their expansion plan for 2004 Jackman Financial Group added the Production and Operations Division. This new division, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is co-headed by Sheila Bednar and long-time consultant partner, Shirley Bartz. Together their extensive experience in the financial and mortgage industry enables them to quickly recognize superior production talent to compliment even the most demanding mortgage organization.
