The Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a senior level manager (Director or SVP level) to manage a rapidly growing Mortgage Lender and Servicer in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. This will be a high visibility position and will be working face to face with Director level positions throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT infrastructure related background with deep experience in UNiX, Wintel, LAN/WAN technologies and PBX’s. Strong emphasis will be placed on capacity planning and strategic growth models relative to these technologies. Direct experience with a Mortgage Lender and/or Mortgage Servicer or other lending institution is required.

Requirements:

• Must have ten plus years experience managing multiple technology support teams.
• Must have a strong technical and functional understanding of UNIX and Windows platforms, network equipment and services, voice and video services and PC desktop.
• Must be strong a Project Manager.
• Must have a strong understanding of the Mortgage Origination and Back Office Processing industry.
• Must have strong managerial skills possessing both the ability to lead and motivate a team of highly skilled individuals.
• Must have excellent problem solving skills.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

Director level compensation commensurate with relevant experience.
