Sr. SAP Basis Administrator

The
Opportunity:
Our client is
seeking a Senior SAP Basis Administrator who would like to be a key
contributor to a top flight technical team.
Key
Attributes and Experience Include:
The
candidate must be able to demonstrate experience in all aspects
of administering an SAP R/3 and Business Warehouse (BW) system
with an Oracle database and servers running AIX and/or Solaris.
The candidate must have experience in new installations,
upgrades, applying hot packs, system performance monitoring,
troubleshooting, and backup/restores. The candidate will work
closely with Unix system administrators and Oracle database
administrators to maintain a highly-available 24x7 system. The
candidate should have a strong knowledge of the Oracle database
software and its relationship to SAP. The candidate must be
familiar with the SAP technical support environment (OSS).
The
person who fills this position should have a bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field,
and have at least 3-5 years of experience administering an SAP
system.
The
position may require the person filling it to acquire a DOD
Secret security clearance.
