SVP - Margin Management

Our Client:

A nationally recognized top 10 Mortgage Lender with national presence.

The Opportunity:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Consumer Markets Division’s (CMD) Margin Management department which includes Market Surveillance, Pricing Policy Compliance and Margin Management.  The incumbent will work with CMD Executive Management, Secondary Marketing, and field personnel to develop a comprehensive pricing strategy that will maximize revenues while increasing market share.  This individual will administer pricing across all CMD production channels incorporating the company’s strategic plan, profitability targets and production goals.  The incumbent will work directly for CMD’s EVP of CMD Secondary Marketing. 

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, MBA a plus. 

Experience: 

10+ years in Mortgage Banking with specific experience in pricing administration, loan level economics, financial analysis and general production experience with a major retail lending operation.  Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.  Proven record on recruiting, developing and retaining high performance talent.
